auwch i'm was always overweighted but and sick until one event after that i never got sick again and that's about a good 11 years ago

I hate cardio.. I love working out with weights, but I hate running lol. Only type of cardio I enjoy is ropeskipping :p

A treadmill, then you don't have to run all the way home again

My running shoes are cushioned because I used to have shin splints, running on roads is fine now.
