Anyway, lets get back on topic. I'm running on my treadmill soon - 4 miles(6.4km) in 30 minutes is my usual warm up before I do some weights.

I forgot to mention I always run with my gumshield in and handwraps, it makes it more difficult but more realistic when I get on the mats to fight. Your training should be as realistic as possible, so all cardio should be done in the same conditions that you fight in.

It sounded pretty funny, but I figured you weren't referring to running. Unless you trip a lot, then you might need handwraps and a gumshield.

I'm mostly just passing through on my way to Poland but if I have plenty of time im going to Ypres(Ieper) to see Flanders Fields museum.
