so yeah i love diving and i already went to bali to go diving and i'm planning to go to thailand and i hope to see some sharks there as well because i've already been diving with sharks in bali.
and i wondered if somebody else dives.

I can barely do that, however I do have a diving reflex which makes it possible for me to stay underwater for a long time.

Mizari auch too bad. i think it is awesome being able to see up to 30 meters into the deapth? of the sea

Yes Mizari, it's a term know as the diving reflex. This reflex is something most people have, but not everyone, and you can 'train' it.
It's something like this ~ When you frontally hit cold water with your face, and you have a diving reflex, your brains will send out signals to your body which makes it take all sort of actions to make your breath last longer. Your blood runs slower, lower heartbear, you cool down a few degrees, etc.. Therefor, you can stay underwater for a longer amount of time because your organs don't need the air that strongly anymore.

I can hold my breath both in and out of the water for the same time... And I don't really think holding the breath can accurately measure one's stamina... I suck at holding my breath yet I have insane stamina
