For 2 years fighting MMA I always struggled to make weight. I weighed myself this morning and I'm bang on weight, I must have virtually zero bodyfat. I'm quite pleased in a way but I want to build more muscle and forget looking ripped after my holiday, next year I want another 7kg of muscle before I cut fat.

Earlier today I was forced to take my shirt off in front of everybody after sweating practising Wing Chun and I got lots of compliments. Things like that really make the effort worthwhile, it's nice for my hard to work to be recognised.

I'm looking really lean, my job is very physical and my obliques are much more pronounced than ever. A bit more work on my shoulders and forearms and I'll be happy.
