Sony said they only had the rights to allow people to share discs which are their IP right? Third party publishers can actually enforce DRM.

Oh and,

Nice. I need to watch PPG again.

Even if its possible, doesn't mean its probable. In fact that seems like a very unlikely scenario given the backlash DRM gets in general.

DRM is so bad. :/

I understand devs willing to protect their IP's but always online DRM is just BS. BIG BS.

At least the PS4 is going to do that with its indie titles.
Have you seen Nintendo's new indie policy?

But obvious Nintendo bias aside, the PS4 is definitely gonna rake in more cash this gen.

Well that goes without saying, I just hope the developers use the money wisely to create better games. Square Enix has a chance to benefit from this.

I really didn't see any big innovative projects from Sony's E3. /=

Well I agree on that basis, they played it quite safe by using well known (but highly anticipated, KH3 man.) titles. I wish they would have showed more original titles, but given Microsoft's poor performance I don't think they were under that much pressure anyway. The competition was pretty weak.

Still, there's plenty of time for innovation. Next gen could be funky fresh.

Or it could be full of rehashes and sequels with the occasional "Journey" and indie titles.

Well, only time will tell. Though upon reflection I do hope that Microsoft makes a comeback, I like a competitive market. Without competition, Sony won't improve and will get comfy.
