Yeah, it snowed in Texas for the 2ND time in the same Winter season... This has honestly NEVER happened in my lifetime.

I heard you all freaked the fuck out over it
That's because it rarely snows here, so all the children get really excited about it and everything goes crazy

It boggled my mind that people flipped out over it

Dress warmer, cold isn't a problem.

I don't want to dress warmer.
I just want to walk around in my t-shirt

Unless you want somebody to find your frozen body in a busstop, you shouldn't try that here.

The first year I went snowboarding, I went in a t-shirt and jeans. Needless to say, I got hypothermia

Snow clings to jeans like they were made for each other.

I have this one Jordan jacket, and that thing is NOT made for snow. Not only is it not warm despite being quite thick, but the only way to get the snow off it is for it to melt.

The worst material that you can wear in snow is cotton, once wet, it stays wet and does not insulate. The best material for snow is wool, if it gets wet, it continues to insulate you

First year I went snowboarding I wore decent snowboarding clothes and had to take the vest off after 3 hours because it was too hot so I snowboarded in my shirt lol
