Well I like to think we are boiling those 50-ish down to the really worthwhile members who haven't just made an account and left. We have quite a core group of members around here, and hopefully that group will enlarge over time~

They even rejected my friend (a buff crackshot) because his scores on the mental test were 0.15 points too low.

Well I'm afraid I cannot personally answer that question, because I'm honestly only a temp mod. And so far the formula was to let the current spotlight holder decide on the next one, so even if that changed I wouldn't be able to answer~
However since the next one is decided by the current spotlight holder, they are gonna choose someone they like, how do you make them like you? By posting on their spotlight. So get to it =3
