So, anybody else do Martial Arts? Or like to watch? Or have an interest?
I mainly do Ju-Jitsu and boxing but we train in all kinds of other stuff too like Muay Thai and Judo, we have guest instructors come sometimes. This is where I train: http://www.aof-mma.com It's literally 2 minutes walk from my house which is handy

Do it! It's great fun and keeps you in shape, as well as teaching you how to defend yourself

Rubbish, we have childrens classes, anyone aged 6+ can do it. You have to be 13 to join the adult ju-jitsu class though and 16 to do MMA.
