Hay guys- most of you have come from Romu

Love it or hate it, you have to admit that home page made forum life easy- as it showed the 5 most resent forum posts, and made activity easy

Cant we do something like this? It would help all of us to not look through each and every section to see whats new, or the Show unread posts since last visit. button- i still want the same thing that romu has

is it possible to have something like that?

I personally like the idea, however we should remain different from RomU, I mean we cant end up as a doppleganger of it.
I'd like to hear Jonez's view on it

It would be too much work to make a whole homepage just for those 5 most recent forum posts. The "show unread posts since last visit" button is there on some themes, anyway.

i rather like the idea of just pushing a button whenever you want to see if there are any reactions than if they would pop up

I don't see why we should have a homepage.. Arpegi is just a forum, it's not like we offer anything besides that. And there's a "Show unread post since last visit" button so I don't see your problem with the showing of the first new reactions.
