How about one of these ideas?

Summers coming up so why not draw a summer scene?
Draw an anime character to be featured in an rp by Jonez or something?
Make a miniflipbook animation?
1) That seems a like good suggestion, though we probably need to elaborate more on it.
2) The only people that would bother would be people who have something to do with Jonez's rp, there would be little point to it.
3) Would we need to video tape that?

1) I donnu ow to elaborate. We would need a focus, or a topic, something to do with the beach, but what would the object of interest be?
2) Good point. Never mind then
3) You would if its a plausible idea...

#1 could be used for one of the intentionally bad drawing's theme; something like "summer scenes" maybe. #3 could be plausible, but I think it would be easier to make gifs instead of recording it.

I think IBD's all the time is boring... why not paint something... or give a picture or a fragment of one and have us change or finish it. I dunno... just spouting ideas

There's coloring or connect the dots, lol

Or how about something like what fakku has going on, where they give you a page from a manga with the text whited out and you supply your own text?

I like the idea but isnt that more of textual than graphical contest?

You're free to color it or add stuff or whatever, as long as you have the same amount of speech bubbles. Well, something like that anyway.

Although that would mean you'd have to know how to color it properly in the first place, which also means you'd need to know a few things about image editing. Unless you manually edit it and then scan the result, that is.

Of course, it doesn't have to be photoshop. There are a bunch of alternatives, some of which are completely free.

In any case, we'll go with intentionally bad drawings for this month's competition for now, since you're the only one giving feedback at the moment.

Next month, around the middle. And it's probably going to be IBD again, unless the members here either give me some more competition ideas or embrace the love of image-editing.

Oh I have an idea.

Light, why don't you take a picture from the internet that instead of ... making it very nice... Making it with paint or something as messy or creative as hell...? I mean... Cutting parts out and placing them on another place... Putting stuff in, drawing lines all over it... things like that.
