The text needs to be a different color or have an outline to make it stand out. It's kinda hard to read, imo. Also, you seem to be going for a logo, so it's better to make the background transparent. Other than those two things, I like it. ;)

In this one I added a gradient in the back so it come out clearer, I cant make it transparent D:
