When I was a nipper long before tinterwebs we didn't have sex education until age 14 or so, but we all knew pretty much everything by about age 8 or 9 from the school playground, and most had discovered fapping on their own by 10 or 11. I had my first "proper" GF at 13 so it was before I even had sex education.
Even without the internet people will find stuff, and there will always be MP4's of porn on their phones or whatever they are nowadays, back in my day it was VHS and you had to wait your turn until the person harder than you had finished with it
