« on: May 25, 2012, 07:50:44 PM »
okay this is becoming a serious issue now so I'm gonna make thread for it

The problem is: I wanna play tears to Tiara but I get this error:能力の取得 デバイスの能力の取得に失敗しました に失敗しました

According to a forums Reinstalling Direct X should work. But to Reinstall it I have to uninstall it first right?right?right??
What the hell do I do?

Can't you just install a new Direct X and delete the old one?

You can't delete DirectX. I thought there was a way, but you could mess up your system but I was wrong.

So yeah... I dunno for sure... I could install DirectX 9.0c again by just downloading and installing it again.

Go to start -> run and type in dxdiag . Your installed version will appear at the bottom under "DirectX version".

Well I'm sure you can just download a new Direct X and the old one will be inactive anyhoo. I recall replacing my old Direct X with the latest version not too long ago.

I don't think you need to uninstall DX before installing it. It usually overwrites the already existing files. What OS are you using?

This gave me an idea!I'm still using dx10 and if I download 11 it'll replace 10 if I'm correct. So a download link would be nice
