Well, the favicon loads on Actualism but only on the index. This is awkward ;L

Known bug. We are looking into it for some time now.

The URL also doesn't change, I still have no background when viewing the site on my android tablet, and the background's still cut off on my sister's Windows XP computer.

It has nothing to do with Windows XP.

Though it did, since every computer I've tried the site on that isn't a Windows 7 has either cut off background or no background.

Hrm, I know what the issue is... That's that your computer / laptop can't decode the special character on that size. I think...

Maybe it's a theme problem. I don't have the issue on the default theme.

I don't have the problem on the other themes.

I use the same version as Jonez and I don't have the problem either. I think Chrome updated their character set with version 19 if I remember it right?

I keep getting reverted to the Actualism theme. I don't know why. I'm trying to use the SMF default-Curve, but whenever I go back to Arpegi it goes back to Actualism.

Uhm, clean your cache and then change your theme and restart your browser.. If that doesn't help, Jonez has to check the SMF settings for you.

Are you trying to change your theme within a topic with the quick changer...?

I checked and the quick changer doesn't save your settings when you close your browser. I added this to the "To Fix" list. Ty for the report.
