ByPassing Router Passwords
« on: May 05, 2013, 07:05:24 PM »
Well my girlfriend's dad ._. keeps blocking her internet with some shit called ' BT Access' She looses the connection at some point in time, because of this 'blocker' is there any way of bypassing this? without knowing the password, like as in cracking into it, and removing her laptop from being unable to access the internet?

Easiest ways are to either use a 3G signal, or tap into neighbor's internet by either finding an open connection or hacking WEP keys.

Yeah, that rules out her possibly downloading virusses of the internet that are for "cracking" it.

Well her dad won't tell her because he wants her to keep away from the internet till her exams are done, and he's the only one that knows the password

Can't she just try connecting to it and while she does it do a reset so the router configures the internet connection itself? That's what my router does.

There should be a button to temporarily deactivate the security on your router
