Writing and pain of wrists

Hello, as I know that there are a lot of creative people in here that like to write et cetra

does any one of you know a method to ease the wrist related cramps after writing for a 2 or so hours almost non stop?

Well I have to write 4 pages per essay and I do naturally get the same problem, especially since it is a frequent deed.

However in terms of easing pain afterwards, you could always dip your wrist in cold water and allow the low temperature to numb the pain. Though its better to avoid it altogether.

I am talking about WRITING with A PEN
for example them ye'olde school projects where you can't use computers thank you

Write less. Teachers appreciate a well-written, informative essay even if is only half a page long.

At least that's how it worked out for me.

I know there are special grips to reduce pain. Or special pens for that.
A tip I can give is that you first THINK out what you are going to write before you write. This way to save the pain of rewriting.

And take breaks if needed.

What helps for me is making circles with my wrists. Sometimes it helps.
