I dunno a lot about ribs, but I know of a place in Ghent where you can reserve an evening for all you can eat ribs. And those were the best I've ever eaten. It's pretty exclusive though.

They also got some huge potatoes with some secret sauce (no.. it's not that secret sauce) inside it and it goes great with the spareribs *drool*
