You put water in the pot. You put the pot on the stove. Turn the stove on. When there are lots of bubbles, it's boiling. Then you pour it into the instant noodle cup. Or put the ramen noodles in the pot.

I beleive that a new character cannot have magic unless created prior and in attendance during an event that gives the character the ability to use magic. Thats what I think anyways
