Even though I do like USA's national team, I'm with belguim. It would be nice if Argentina beat Switzerland and faced belguim, I've never seen them play against each other.

Today's Argentina vs Switzerland, and the day Belgium will probably kick USA's ass out.

I don't see Argentina getting further than quarter finals. They only have Messi, which isn't enough to win a WC
Maradona alone was enough to win a couple.

If Messi were in great shape, I'd agree they would have a chance.

Messi has actually been great, it's just that the teams they play are sticking three men on him. He's still racking up the goals and assists though.
Besides, Argentina are hardly a one man team, Lavezzi, Di Maria, Aguero, Mascherano, Higuain, Zabaleta are all world class and Garay, Demichelis, Gago, Rodriguez and Palacio are very very good too.

Sorry to go against you guys, but Argentina needs to win this cup, not Belgium :P
I want Messi, being a legend in football already, to hold the world cup at least once before they stop calling him out. He played extremely well today, I hate how every time he ran up 3 or 4 swizz defenders would barricade him. He had no choice but to pass, or cross but he still played well and put some good shots in. Vamos Argentina!, let Messi lead us to victory!

I'm not saying Belgium's gonna kick Argentina ass, but I think they still have a higher chance at winning. (As long as they don't put Mirallas or Hazard on the ball too often)

You're wrong miz, Argentina can defeat any team that has qualified at the moment. I don't know about Netherlands though, I don't think they wanna lose again after what happened in 2010

I'm going for Argentina for this game. Sorry Belgians, it has nothing to with the fact you beat us. I just like Argentina more. (Big Messi fan)

As for the rest of the cup, I'm going for Netherlands now that USA is out

It's sad really that this may be the last we see of Dempsey or Howard in the cup :(

And you're expecting Courtois to be any less good? :P
