Just wondered if anyone watches this, I recently watched one episode and it wasn't half bad. Lots of violence, boobs and violence, and some boobs too. Did I mention violence? Boobs.

Anyhoo, if you haven't watched it, give it a try.
-
You know nothin John Snuuh.
-
I've been watching it since the first season, it's pretty good!
-
Are you guys excited for the wedding? You won't be disappointed :P
-
I'm a firm believer of the "read the book first, then watch it" philosophy. So until I can get my hands on the book series, I'm staying away from this one. Looks interesting though. Definitely gonna try looking for the books harder from now on.
-
Aren't the books based on the series for this one?
-
The other way, Shreddie.
The book series is called A Song of Ice and Fire. The name of the TV series is taken off the title of the first book, A Game of Thrones (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Game_of_Thrones).
-
Woops, my bad. Well actually not, bad of my local book store for having the books under a banner that says "Based on the popular TV serie Game of Thrones"
-
I don't watch or read the series myself, but I thoroughly enjoyed watching people freak out over something that literally has no meaning to me whatsoever. Good fun.
When can we expect another one of these "Red Wedding" things?
-
I haven't watched that far yet, but apparently the Red Wedding thing is meant to be pretty gruesome. Then again the series in general is no stranger to graphic violence.
I'd imagine that things will continue to escalate, you don't do something so drastic and then not follow up with it, that's just anti-climactic o.o
-
The Red Wedding wasn't even that gruesome lol
-
This topic should have a spoiler warning.
Just sayin'.
-
Most of the times, the sex scenes serve as a major plot point or a character defining moment. Doesn't mean they're not distracting. :|
Anyway, I think it was a good move to adapt the series for TV instead of cinemas. TLotR is good and all but it's all excruciating watching for 4 complete hours, trying to sit your ass all the way through and fending off the urge to take a nap.
