Well, technically it is. But the DLC mission is already integrated into the main story. The DLC weapons is also included. The main selling point of Director's Cut is the revamped boss battles, which was criticized for being too direct and Hacker and Stealth unfriendly. The maps were changed, allowing Hacker players to actually hack to win and Stealth players to win using stealth.

Ace Attorney 5 is definitely the best in the series yet!!
I mean... I can't even put into words how much epicness I feel right now after finishing it!
And THE TWIST! I definitely DID NOT see that coming!
It shocked me even more than Bioshock Infinite's twist, and that one was a doozy!

Can't post pics right now since I'm still waiting for my new phone to arrive.
It's about half an inch from the left and an inch down from the top so it's definitely noticeable.

It sorta looks like this:

What's worse is this was a gift from a friend so I have no idea when the warranty expires. And I still have Pokemon and Rune Factory to play on it.

Should I just live with it for now or send it to Nintendo right away?

I'd send it to Nintendo, isn't there a risk of it expanding?
