It's getting better. I agree with Nhi about the head though; it's too wide.

I like the color palette you used but you should fill the white holes around her face and hair.

The body is disproportionate. try to smooth and even it out a bit. the black line for the belly button isn't realistic, take it off and leave just the shadow. Eyes are just a little too big.

If you're having trouble getting body proportions right I'd suggest looking at and studying reference pictures, and yes, porn totally counts as long as you go into it with the right mindset.
