I don't see the problem with this.

The parents are usually the main problem as they should follow up whatever their kids are doing with their money.

Let Valve do whatever they want. Loophole or not.

I was about to into detail about it and then realized I'd probably get all the facts wrong, I'm horrid at explaining crap.
Jist of it is that 2 csgo youtubers make gambling site, they record themselves playing on it and winning big amounts, they did not go into depth about how they were the owners of the site beforehand, one of them even said while winning to his friend "its like the timers different for me", etc, etc, etc. There's more damning shit in there but its pretty fucked, H3H3 goes through what we know and explains in the video.

I do agree though the adults should be in charge of their children that were betting on the website, however in most US states you cannot gamble until you are 21 or older. While they on the site only forbid those younger of age 13. GOD DAMMIT I'M GOING INTO DEPTH ABOUT IT EVEN THOUGH I SAID I WASN'T GOING TO
