Here you can ask questions about MSR. MSR is where old Member Spotlights are brought back to life and they will remain open forever!

I know you asked this amazingly straightforward question due to you being a post whore, but I'll humor you. Like I've implied many times. Jonez was supposed to get his upon the creation of #11, Mizari gets his on the creation of #12. So you'll get yours when it aligns in the numeric order.

I'm not sure about that, I mean I wouldn't mind asking Jonez to give you the power to open and close your MSR but not full on admin powers. I'm afraid I simply don't trust people when they have the ability to move their threads to all corners of the forum, sticky them and re-name them to silly names.

No need for locking it yourself. Just ask Jonez, Pew or me. I'm sure you'll have a good reason to lock so I won't question it.

Do you think the ms redox might one day have 100 threads? by that time the first 10-30 redoxes might have 10k post counts.

I personally very much doubt we will ever hit 100 active members unless Jonez makes the site offer something that a lot of people want, right now we are something of a niche market and closed off. So no, I highly doubt that will ever happen unless things change.

Well, I don't see how that means that the forum is offering anything, the only way we get members here is through recommendations, I have yet to see a member who simply stumbled upon this place and stayed here regardless.
So unless you start telling some incredibly loyal friends to join this place, I don't see how that will happen o.o

Well, I'll leave it at this. If we continue as a normal forum with nothing special to offer, we won't get any more members than we already have, we need -something- to draw people in, something that is in high demand. Since Jonez probably gets the anus chills when he hears "downloads" I would probably think that something that is doable on-site would be more appropriate.
Yeah, a thread about this would be progress.

The redux never locks, so when it's dead here, you could bump your MS.

I've noticed that spamish/pointless questions still arise from time to time, normally the same culprits but sometimes from those I wouldnt expect, and with my inability deal with them right now......i just want you to know that a Ive given up, Im finding it really hard to care, so just do whatever.

Well it was more about sticking to the rules and keeping things clean, but obviously thats nothing more than a laughably futile pursuit

I'll leave this open to discussion.

Well, in my mind, if we were to get quite a regular influx of new members then we would revert back to the old system. It would seem pointless to revert back just because two or three new guys came along (which for all we know could be the last two or three).

I was thinking: what if we have a sort of "roleplay"-ish thingy. Were you answer the questions like normal but with a twist. Like I have to answer my questions as if I were a real cat(human) ....
Other examples are that Fist needs to answer as if he were an actual fist of a human, Muddy needs to answer as a Muffin...
OR we can assign roles?
Seperate board or something for this or how do we discuss this better?
