Just before this gets moved, I would just like to add that giving women special treatment like "hitting women is cowardly" is somewhat sexist. If a woman hits you, you may hit her back. If a guy hits you, you may hit him back. We are all humans and we treat others the way we wish to be treated. Fair, unbiased and just .

I would also like to add that "equality" is an illusion. In small settlements and groups, sure, equality can be established properly. But in a population as big as Earth has, impossible. As long as greed and pride are present, equality will never be achieved.

I have to step in and say that children need -less- rights, we keep on giving them more and they abuse it and become disrespectful and full of themselves, rebelling at young ages.

But the majority of those nice and respectful kids are raised by good parents who know the right amount of freedom to give to a child, but the parents that just allow the system to take over and allow the children to have all the rights given to them end up just running rampant. Raising a good child is all about restraint, then self-restraint becomes an automatic trait.
