 Look at this thing (http://lisboainjersey.deviantart.com/art/Majora-s-Mask-Clock-1-4-for-Windows-Sidebar-244903819). It is the epitome of awesome.
 
Basically, it's a clock gadget for your Windows Sidebar that is based on the face of the Clock Tower. It works in exactly the same way, as well.
