Alright so recently I got a GBA, Leaf Green and Ruby and the internal clock in ruby is dry so time based event wont work.
With this problem is there another way to capture Regice?

First up is Regice which is found in the Island Tomb North-West of Dewford Town and South-West of Route 104. Navigate your way through the maze of small islands and you should find the island cave. Inside, the Braille code reads: "Stop and wait. Wait for time to pass twice." As soon as you press A again, don't move - just wait. You have to be pretty patient but the wall will open and you can catch Regice.

The internal battery has run dry so TIME BASED events do not happen.
Berrys, tides, regice time puzzle, etc

It's how it's programmed. There is no other way.

The only way to fix the internal battery, and thus activate clock based events, is to physically replace the battery inside the GBA cart.

if you can't fix it (or you royally screwed up somewhere during the repair) you could always use an emulator.

Thats strange, the battery on my Emerald has run dry but I was still able to capture the three regis. As far as I know there is no difference into how you obtain them, correct?

For Regice in R/S you have to wait 2 minutes at the braille where Regice
If I remember correctly the capturin of the regis is different in emerald, I would have to get someone to verify.

Yup. To get Regice in emerald, you just have to move clockwise around the room, while keeping close to the wall as possible, twice.

I did it on my physical Ruby and I think my battery ran dry at the time. I know it is now, but it might have been back when I caught my Regice
