man the term "raped" doesn't even describe it well enough.
I have a lot of pokemon ready for competitive-battling, but I haven't actually managed to put together a team yet, to be honest. I always end up with having too many weaknesses or not covering enough types. :/Indeed, plus I always use the same EV format for pretty much every pokemon I train, Sp.Atk and Speed. Hit fast, die last is the motto :P
black and white 2?lol slowpoke.jpg
is it ture :o
I and another person I know both agree on this: The amount of experience you get is a piece of shit. As my friend has said before... "I would rather use a ton of Rare Candies than spend six hours trying to grind and failing to get one level up for a level nine Munna...and I hate those things so much I don't think any reason is good enough to warrant Rare Candy use!"You know you can just train a traded pokemon from level 1 and benefit from the exp boost, get to level 100 and properly EV train within 4 hours tops o.o
And this is why I'm considering deleting the game and never playing it again. The level grinding is ridiculous and there's too much of it. I have NEVER, in all my time playing Pokemon, have EVER had to grind so much.
It's just not fun at all.
@inu wad? I NEVER had to grind in B/W(except maybe the normal gym, though Whitney is still worse than that)I have NEVER, in all my time playing Pokemon, have EVER had to grind so much. You know you can just train a traded pokemon from level 1 and benefit from the exp boost, get to level 100 and properly EV train within 4 hours tops o.o

I wouldnt dare train a pokemon from my own game lol
Love you too =3@inu wad? Thread for Pokemon BW discussion~In case you didn't know nintedo's busy making black2 and white2
Yep, in I also made a thread about that in this very section, however people can still use this thread till it comes out, or even after if they cant afford to buy the new one.Thread for Pokemon BW discussion~In case you didn't know nintedo's busy making black2 and white2
In case you didn't know nintedo's busy making black2 and white2It's still gonna suck
I didn't like this game compared to the others. I finally pushed myself to finish this game just last week just for the sake of saying I completed it.Lmfao, that's exactly what I did!
I hope they include Genesect in the new game, or at least bring out an event in which to legally obtain him.another terrible pokemon. Bravo Gamefreak(click to show/hide)
What? Genesect is probably makes up for the Unova trainwrecks of pokemon and it has a half decent backstory. Plus its stats and type make it on the same playing field as MewTwo and Arceus.I hope they include Genesect in the new game, or at least bring out an event in which to legally obtain him.another terrible pokemon. (or cheating)XD what'd ya think I was gonna do get 'em legally?
Well, what's the point of asking then? >_>To know what to google for with less effort ;D
Tbh im getting tired of pokemon :cSir,We wish to sadly inform you that you have commited a sin

But the gameplay and goals have been almost the same for way too long.
But the gameplay and goals have been almost the same for way too long.Well they made quite a few side games (or whatever you call 'em) and I especially loved the ranger series.

But yea that's a good point.
But that's a risky move and can be bad for business.Seemingly up to this pokemon still sells well....So no matter what they still get their precious $ Dunno why I'm talking so much on Nintedo's side..But meh I'm a student of business. But the gameplay and goals have been almost the same for way too long.Well they made quite a few side games (or whatever you call 'em) and I especially loved the ranger series.

To be honest, and I dont say this for all the hate, but I feel like id like to see pokemon..... end... and for something new to growup in its shadow. I feel the same way about call of duty. The two are really similar as to what you get for every new main install ment. (I.e. cod: new guns, new maps, same monotonous gameplay, pokemon: new pokemon, new location, same gameplay) after seeing it for so long its really starting to get boring
I much much prefer the retro pokemon as opposed to newer ones. After the fire red/ leaf green era, I started not really looking forward to the next game... because it was the same thing....
You know... gamefreak never wanted pokemon to be as long running as it is now, they wanted to end it at gold/ silver/ crystal so they could work on something new. But the fans have kinda forced them into making sequel out of sequel. I can only imagine how tired the coorperates are to keep coming up with new ideas and meeting deadlines.
I think there comes a time where every company needs to break away from their baby despite what fans think.
Two REAALY good examples.
Imsoniac games and naughty dog
Each gave up their prized jewel for something better despite what the fans wanted. (Spyro the dragon and crash bandicoot) and made some of the best platforming games around (jam & daxter and ratchet and clank)
Anyways... that's just my opinion on that ;D
But looking back on the past to both insomniac and naughty dawg, both companies were still selling their games very well. In fact, fans were shocked and appauled that they sold the rights to their games.Well can't say much to a logic like that. It's still a risky move though.
Those companies were in the same situation pokemon is.
Besides, you cant please everyone with a continuous franchise, that's why I say what I say. I just think it might be time for something new.
Unrelated but still related, look at ratchett and clank. I LOVE Pratchett and clank just like some people LOVE pokemon, but I think ratchet and clank needs to go too. Just like how naughty dawg gave up jam and daxter for uncharted....
