IPOD is gone aaaaaaaaaah

So yeah when i plug my ipod onto my computer it starts Itunes but i can't put any new music on my ipod.
What do i need to do?


Also and i don't know if this is the problem my mother connected her iphone and the ipad on the same computer.
Any idea's how i need to solve this?
