So I watching School Of Rock (In fact, I'm watching it right now. I paused just to start this thread.)and I thought of a quote thread.
Seeing as there isn't one,I took the liberty of starting one.

I prefer to think of anime as "A stylized cartoon unique to Japan." Put simply, if it ain't Japanese, it ain't anime.
While western cartoons have begun adopting the anime-style, especially in high-action ones like Avatar, Young Justice, Thundercats, etc., the fans of these shows would not classify these as "anime."

There's a lot of difference between an anime and a cartoon. If it's made like an anime, it's anime. You can't put cartoons and anime on the same line. Avatar isn't anything like Young Justice or Thundercats. The view on the scenes, dialogues and battles are all in different styles.
