this is not one of my 1000 qs, but, lately ive been thinking. I spend a lotta time thinking. Anyways so Ive been thinking, 'why am I so depressed? Why dont ppl see it?' and then i think about the person i am. I put everyone before me, I help everyone in any and all situations and problems. I then think about how im treated like crap. Never thanked. Treated like a ghost. Excluded from most things. I think of how disconnected I am with the world. I think of the pros and cons. I weigh everything and wonder ifWell I think that you don't want to show your depression because you put everyone else before yourself, and this pushes back a lot of feelings, which makes you more depressed. I'm not a professional, so you probably shouldn't take my words to heart, but I think you're subconsciously hiding away your negative thoughts(or you may be fully aware that you are). You love people, you love peoples' happiness, and you feel that your depression would become a hindrance to that. Yes, I agree that you should be happy, but you're not, and that's because your actions are going away unnoticed. The less attention you receive, the more depressed you become.
