Is that persona 3? man I never got to finish that game on PSP. My psp go's screen died during the time I was playing it. Good thing I bought a new one, so I'll get to playing it soon.

yup it's persona 3 portable. I play it on emulator though. Consoles are too mainstream.



Also I actually made it to the top ten in exams in the game. yay.

Fans of Persona, please help me out. Does Persona have a lot of roleplaying? The reason I'm mostly put off by JRPGs is its lack of roleplaying. Most of the games just advance along a set line of plot with little input from the player other than slaying enemies and exploring the map.

If Persona is like what I think it is, it just might become my favourite JRPG.

Going by Persona 3 and 4, the only real roleplaying aspect is choosing who you socialize with.

Everything else is pretty much linear.

Yeah, that's correct. The thing is you're encouraged to choose specific choices over the others because of how the social link system works, so you can't really freely develop your own character without getting negatively affected in the dungeon-crawling part of the game.
