Hi guys.
It's time to admit something now. I have sleeping issues and it's causing bad effects in my day to day life.
I wake up tired and go to work even more tired.
I usually go to be around 11PM - midnight. It depends on what I have to do the next day. Even if I sleep till the afternoon in the weekends, I still feel tired. But usually I wake up around 8 - 9.
But for my holiday job I have to wake up at 7. In July, I could get out of my bed ten minutes later and I had eaten and all that by 7:40. So I had 30 minutes to wake up and do whatever I pleased. Like feeding Sparta. =w=.
But since last week, I have been under stress. I talked about it with my shrink and she gave me some good advise to start so it has been going down my stress. Yet, a new issue arrived instead of my others which is sleeping.
I feel tired before I go to bed, yet I have trouble to fall asleep. I try to go sleeping 30 minutes I close my laptops and all electronic devices. I read a magazine or listen to some music with my radio. But when I do fall asleep, I don't sleep sleep. I mean here that I can wake up at random intervals of any sound outside or just like that. Even when my legs are just a bit too cold. Usually I sleep through a lot of noise. I even slept through a party once.
Now things happen like waking up a hour too early, having trouble getting out of bed, getting enough sleep yet feeling tired, when I loose focus I close my eyes and fall asleep....
So, what do you guys do to go sleeping? And what could you advise me? I normally talk about this with a doctor but I want to inform me a bit now :P
