Okay clicking profile will bring you up your profile.
Example: http://www.arpegi.be/index.php?action=profile

Account settings are your email options and securities and

Forum profile set everything that is shown in the profile. I.e. pictures and exetra. The modify profile button in this menu modifies everything else.

And there's my scrappy guide 101 XD
