Pokemon Black and White 2? Sequels?

Well by now you probably have already heard the sequels to the widely successful Pokemon Black and White.
It's been stated that they are direct sequels from the previous game and their mascots are Black Kyurem and White Kyurem.

So what are your views on the strange turn of events? Do you think this is a good direction for the Pokemon team to go in or do you think they should stick with what they know?

I think this is going to be like Johto was for Kanto.
I don't exactly like Gen 5 due to the Pokémon in it, so, I don't feel like it's my place to comment on it.
But I miss the Pokémon walking behind you like in HG/SS.

Well to my understanding it is a direct sequel that is set on the same region of Unova. So I'm assuming you are controlling the character from Black and White or a different character. If its the same character they will have to explain how he/she came to lose all their pokemon~

Well, I actually love this. They're shaking up the formula.
Plus it also brings up the possibility of past generations getting sequels.
Imagine playing Gold and silver 2...

I would actually love playing as "Red" after he has become the champion in a whole new story. I hope this actually does turn into sequels for the previous games

The starters seem to be the same as the first Black/White, unfortunately.
