Technically, when you're streaming, you're still downloading. So when you have a slow-as-hell net, you're pretty much giving yourself torture.

My net isn't that slow, its moderate at best. But I seem to have little to no problems when streaming o.o

Its about 10.20 Mb/s download speed, which is about average I believe.
however it used to be faster, but my laptop is....well its getting on its age and well, I dunno...I think its dying D:
