Yep, we sure will. The streets of Tamathy have many churches as its a deeply religious place. Also since the Queen is very religious and believes that Magic came into existence the way the church depicts it.
There are also many more stories about the Gods and their ways, also many more legends. So there is plenty of things to know that can be obtained from churches :p

Its much more linked to Luneta specifically. Their official name is "The creators" but they are just casually remarked as Gods as they are beings with unlimited power and influence over the world of Luneta and the world in which they exist, though its never been implied that they have influence over the entire universe. That job may fall down to something else other than the creators.
