When does a game become retro?

Yeah, it's a 32bit system, just did a quick a google search.

And this is my definition of retro: PS1, N64 and anything older than that.
And by handhelds: Gameboy color and older.

The way I see it, what is retro will never change. I don't think they want to muddy up the line that has been drawn, if retro is something that engulfs platforms and games progressively as the decades go by, then eventually a lot of things will be retro. I like to think what has already been established as retro will only be retro, nothing else will, dood.
