Sorry, they have been adopted by the new xbox Bear with me, this is a long rant....I booked my mrs a surprise spa day online and in the payment confirmation email it said I had to email them to book a day for the treatment. Ok fine, I did that and asked for a reply by email as I have hearing difficulties. I got nothing. I tried again the next day, still no reply. After 4 days I contacted customer services and got the reply "I'll leave them a message to contact you." By now a week has passed and over 10 emails, not one single reply from the Hull venue. They tried phoning me yesterday, I immediately emailed customer services and said "I am deaf, I CANNOT SPEAK ON THE PHONE!!"
