Before I go to bed I shower, brush my teeth, talk to someone for a littkle while. Then curl up and sleep.Am I stressed? I dunno.
Maybe you're just not tired, do you sit at a desk all day or are you very active? If you're active then it's probably a problem in your head such as stress or something.
Meditation? it always works for me and if that doesn't work for me i try to get to myself under water
