It did for me too, but you need to put it on the lowest graphic settings. Also, if you are on a particularly fast server, then there is no lag. So if it lags in singleplayer, it doesn't necessarily mean it will on multiplayer.

Having a shit computer makes it easier to know this stuff.

Now, as you may have known for a while now, I've been wanting to get Persona 3 FES. So, I went to PSN, and attempted to purchase, for 4x as much as I buy pirated PS2 games. But, I loved that game, and wanted to show my support to Sony and Atlus...
And it wasn't in the Brazilian PSN. Pissed, I decided to try and purchase it from PSN US. Since it doesn't accept international credit cards (it's billing address must be set in the US), I tried to trick Sony through Bestbuy. Didn't work, either.
Pissed again, I headed into the store I usually purchase pirated PS2 games.

Because I have no idea how to pirate PS2 games without purchasing them on-disk. o-o
Plus, if it requires recording CDs, it just comes out cheaper without it...and managing data in a flash drive or something is troublesome. o-o tl;dr: I'm lazy.
Two bucks for each game isn't really a problem, though. If I were to purchase legal copies in this country, I'd be limited to that one game based on a Jet Li movie or something, for 25 bucks, so yeah.

Well, if you had the know-how I'm sure you could save yourself money. Assuming that these pirated games are simply discs which have games burned onto them, then they'd only sell them if they were making profit in some way, otherwise it defeats the point in selling them :p

but I guess if its less time-consuming, then a small amount of money isn't so bad. I'm just looking at it from a perspective of being really really poor lol
