Only if you go in the beginning. If you wait an hour or two, customers are a lot calmer. A lot of the better deals will be gone by then, but you should still be able to find yourself a decent deal after that. I managed to get my 2DS for $99

I wanted either a blue/black or a white/red. The blue/black was sold out and the dude at Wal-Mart said there was never a white/red (which is weird cuz I saw it on Nintendo's website), so I settled for the black/red which is pretty ugly. But oh well, I care mostly about playing the games

Stereo mix not showing up even when "Show Disabled Devices" is checked is something I can't help you with. Have you asked somewhere like Tom's Hardware or some other PC oriented websites? Is your audio driver up to date?
