Actually my friend, the most logical reason for people being sick around this time is exams. You see, stress causes a drop in NK cells (Natural Killer) which is the thing that fights off hostile germs, thus your immune system drops and you become more prone to illness. I learned that in Psychology =3

Because there's still many factors to consider, not only sleep. Nutrition, exercise, mental state, etc etc.
