You heard right pokefans! After YEARS of clamoring for a proper anime with RED as the protagonist (and simultaneously wishing for ASH to die in a vat of acid) we finaly got what we wished for!

Will this be like the games?
Will this be like the Pokémon Adventures manga? (Where blood and violence exist, and Pokémon die in battles?)
We won't be sure until it comes out!

Let's just hope it doesn't steer the same way it did for Ash's anime.

Yeah, it's a one-shot apparently.

But hey, if it sells well, we might see a proper series come out of it.
It happens all the time, so hopefully it'll happen this time too.

For some reason I highly doubt it will be as violent as the manga, but if its story driven with an actual plot (not just wanting to become the pokemon master) then it may be worth a watch. Probably best not to get your hopes up though.
