Askardi starts back to his room, "I want to show you something Koel."

When Askardi is in his room, he find's the Counts book and opens to a faded passage

The knight held out his iron clad hand and pointed to the easternmost corridor
Royal Tamathy Knight: Ahh, take that corridor, then take a left. Keep going until you come to another pair of corridors and take the right one. I do apologize for the size of this place, but that should bring you to the kitchen. Although you are allowed to indulge yourself, I would try to keep your antics to a minimum....the chef doesn't take kindly to visitors.
The Knight then stepped back into place and raised his spear to the air, almost as if he became a piece of art along with everything else in the hallway.

Koel passes back the book to Askardi and says nothing for a moment, staring blankly into thin air. Then finally addresses Askardi.
Koel: Simply folk lore my friend, think nothing of it. Whatever we saw back there couldn't have been an angel......it must have been some sort of creature, it wouldn't have surprised me.
Koel then turned away as if to say that he wanted to say nothing more on the subject. Leaning on the wall and folding his arms as he buried his face deep into his scarf.

Koel keeps his head buried into his scarf while talking, muffling his speech but those around him are still able to make out what he says.
Koel: Fine, its just that Darka.....all of a sudden he comes out of the blue with this crazy plan to destroy everything. With the powers he had....he could have killed us just as quickly as he did with the soldiers, but he didn't....and that bugs me.
Koel then slowly turns to Askardi and rubs the back his own head softly.
Koel: I also feel kind of strange, I have a slight headache....but it hasn't ceased since I woke up. Do you have that?

Koel slowly closes his eyes while keeping his arms folded, deep in thought.
Koel: Prior to the fight? You mean...before we saw that winged thing or after?

Koel: Oh....oh right yeah, Walter was about to jump headfirst into a fight with a fat goblin over a piece of meat it was holding. He got me to fight it and ran off....I actually took quite the beating
Koel then stands up from leaning on the wall and comes to a realization, looking around in almost a slight panic.
Koel: By the way....have you seen Walter?!

Koel: As much as I hate to admit it....I hope they are okay, Walter actually was quite brave.....or foolish, by standing up to Darka......even I would have hesitated to rush in like that
Koel then scratched the back of his head and hissed in pain
Koel: Man this headache...
As he scratched his head he suddenly lost balance due to the headaceh and began to fall forward, Koel panic'd and put his hands forward to block his fall and as he did....
the ground beneath Koel rose up, bursting through the delicate red carpet and reaching Koel's hands, instantly stopping his decent and leaving him with two pillars of earth in his hands, keeping him upright.
Koel looked at this sight with amazement and slowly pushed himself up, leaning back on the wall, almost trying to get as far away from the two small earth pillars as possible.
Koel: Did.....did you just see that?
He looked shockingly at Askardi and Nemmy

Koel still looking at the two pillars of earth begins to tremble, holding his hands to his face and gazing deeply at them. Turning them around from front to back slowly, examining them and what they did to the ground.
Koel: Did I just do that?
He then looked to Askardi, who seemed visably uncomfortable
Koel: Are you okay? You're not in pain are you?

Askardi suddenly bolts upright, hands on his head, his head moving back and forth in a flustered compulsion.

"I... cant take... this damned... HEAT!" In a bright hot flash heat from an unseen fire scalds the walls and everything around him. The heat leaves just as suddenly as it came, Askardi collapses on the floor

Koel frantically pats off the flames that caught him and then rushes to the Askardi and kneels down to the floor where Askardi now lies, looking around him at the scalded walls with fear in his eyes.
Koel: (inner voice) Whats going on here?.....this is insane...
Koel: Askardi! Are you okay? Tell me you are alright!
He then looks to Nemmy with a concerned face
Koel: Please tell me you saw that, I'm not just imagining this.

No response comes from Askardi save an inadable rumble. Askardi himself is hot to the touch, almost scalding, the heat still radiating from him. Strangly there is nothinig wrong with his clothes

Koel feels the heat expelling from Askardi's body and thinks to himself
Koel: Such heat....and with no affect to his physical body or clothes....such things are only possible with energy such as Magic..
He then gets back up and puts his hands on the wall and tilting his head downwards to the floor, trying to cool off his mind from all the things happening.
Koel: These strange things happen when we wake up......so....we didn't have them before, so....that means...
