Sometimes on Windows 10, I notice that the left mouse drag gives up working.
This has a quite easy fix. Just open task manager and start a new task.
explorer.exe
hit enter.
It works for me. This is a bug I reported to Microsoft several times since it happens on different machines, even ones that aren't my own. Just wanted to share this little tip.
