I already did that and "run as administrator" for 4 hours with every redownload I did. Still no dice.

Seriously though, I just need someone who still uses XP or Vista to patch this game for me. I already have all the files uploaded, all the person needs to do is click a few icons and then send the patched file to me. They can even make a copy for themselves to play too.

Horrible translation. Just a couple of translators who have no respect for the source material and just decided to put in f-bombs and horrible jokes just for the sake of being "edgy and cool".

The Absolute Zero team has experience translating Tales of games and they actually try to keep all the puns and japanese wordplay intact or at least come up with a clever and funny substitute. Plus they have the option of changing the Arte/Spell names from their romanized version (Majinken, Gurren, Etc.) or their english translated counterpart (Demon Fang, Crimson Blade). That takes effort and is a labor of love.

Yah. I'm trying to play the ps version of Tales of Phantasia. Since this was japan only I have to apply an english translation patch first. I decided to go with Absolute Zero's translation since they're the best at translating Tales games. The only problem is their patcher only works for Vista and older versions so my Win 7 laptop can't apply the patch.
