Mindfuck implies the story it was trying to tell had meaning to it, which it doesn't. Its just mindless sex/gore portrayed in 3D. When reading it you need to pay less attention to the silly story and more about how the images are being thrown from 2D to 3D. It becomes less confusing and you see the real point to the entire thing. (Years of reading/watching crazy crap)
However I would like to read more.

Researched the artist. Kago Shintaro. Almost all of his stuff is mindfuck, mindless/violent sex and anything to borderline crazy to just plain disgusting.

His work does have some point to it though, just not in the story he tells.
Like for instance the one you just read was trying to show you realism in the manga world. In manga and hentai things just play out perfectly  in a very unrealistic way, its meant to capture the desire of the reader. However the 3D interpretation was meant to show you the transition from fiction to reality, that things can go wrong and this was quite explicitly shown through the gore and the disturbing images.
Its just meant to show how people can get so caught up in things like manga and the outrageous stories they portray.

Its a possibility yes, but speculation is the fruit of abstract art. I especially love it in the anime of Neon Genesis Evangelion, in various scenes (including the ending) are portrayed in a very complex and abstract way, it could mean anything, or nothing. But its up to the viewer to apply their own meanings. So maybe he didn't mean it for that sake, but its nice to think that he did.
