Well yes, but in the beginning they actually played around with the concept of "everything is underwater". Now it's mostly just "normal physics with fish people and bubbles" instead. :/

I watch Adventure Time and can make out its story perfectly.

I watched Spongebob and the dialogue was too rushed, it didn't make any sense and was showing most of the character's negative aspects.
