Sam hunches his back as he peers at the two walking together, feeling somewhat betrayed by her. Shoving away what he thought to be an excellent idea. Muttering to himself as he walked and watched them.

The guards infront of the main doors nodded and stood aside, allowing entry to the main hall. However inside the main hall, Vagus is still dealing with the mess that Koel caused along with General Krux.
Sam then walked upto the guard and patted him on the head and giving his helmet a mocking kiss

Upon arriving at the Inn named Travelers Tales with Melodia, Koel limped onto the seat in the registration room and put his head in his hands, traumatized by the current events that he himself caused.
The Inn Keeper dragged out a hefty book from under the counter and dropped it next to a quill sitting in a pot full of ink, peering at both Melodia and Koel as he did.

Inn Keeper: More travelers eh? We've been getting many of those these days.....well, if you're going to stay the night, that'll be 20 siats

Koel muttered to himself every now and again

Koel: I....I can't believe it.....I harmed innocent people.....what...why...how could this happen?

After a while, the people who were hurt from the result off Koel's uncontrolled magic burst were now safely out of the way and were being tended to by the castle clerics. All that could be seen amongst the rows of wounded citizens is the soft light of the healing magics, that shined at the corner of the groups eyes.

Krux looked at the clerics working and then turned back to Vagus and Askardi

Krux: I do not know what your game is Mr.Vagus, but even your acts of good deed won't let you escape punishment, I know you caused this....somehow.

He then focused on Askardi, who he had never seen before and showed a more grateful expression on his face.

Krux: And you good sir, I'm sorry you had to see me dealing with this cretin, you're help was greatly appreciated. I'll be sure to see to it that you are rewarded.

Sam eventually catches up with Rose and comes to the huge door, panting heavily as he tried to catch his breath while leaning on the wall next to the door.

Sam:Jeez....you run too fast.....what are you, an ani----

Sam paused before finishing his sentence, thinking it best that it remained unfinished. He then smiled weakly at Rose and looked towards the door.

Sam: Thats a mighty big door ya found there, I wonder whats inside.....

Krux: The people won't accept this as a simple natural disaster, they'll be wanting someone's head on a platter, you're head will do just nicely!

Krux said as he drew his sword, pointing it at Vagus's neck. The blade was a silver short sword, with a golden hilt.

Krux: So, will you go to the dungeons peacefully, or shall the execution commence now?

"Oh, no, the dungeons won't do! I prefer somewhere I can go about." Vagus' tone was sarcastic as it could be, his face was of a sly smirk. His expression turns blank as he quickly wrapped his hands with his wire and gripped the blade of Krux's sword as tightly as he could. "Don't try me, Krux." He said with command. He didn't look, but he felt that other soldiers were already backing off.

Krux then pulled his sword from out of Vagus's grip in a slicing motion. He then grabbed his long cape that was caught on his left leg, pulled it to the side and allowed it to flow in the air to the right, then pointing his blade at Vagus he maintained his cold expression. Clearly Krux was not one to back down once his blade was already drawn.

Krux: Fine, so be it. In the name of the Queen I shall strike you down where you stand!
